Hola a tod@s, hoy os quiero contar una de mis rutinas de los domingos. Los domingos son mis días para el cuidado de mi cuerpo y cara, dedicos varias horas a exfoliar, limpiar, tratar y mimar mi cuerpo y cara. En esta ocasión os voy a contar una de mis partes preferidas y son los baños de vapor en el rostro.
Hi everyone, today I am going to talk about one of the rutines I do on sundays. Sundays are my days for taking care of my body and face, I use a few hours of the day to exfoliate, cleansing, treating and giving love to my face and body. Right now I am going to talk about the facial sauna.
Lo hago todos los domingos para limpiar mi rostro y abrir bien los poros en el proceso para que la limpieza sea más profunda.
I do it every sunday to cleansing my face in the most deep way I can opening my pures to be able to get all the dirt out.
Uso la sauna facial de Jata desde hace ya casi dos años. Es una maravilla y no he tenido ningún problema, al contrario no sé que haría sin ella.
I use the facial sauna by Jata for the last two years. It´s amazing and I haven´t got any problem, it works perfectly and I don´t kwow what I would do with out it.
Se puede regular, puedes variar la intensidad y tiene una pantalla LED que te vá avisando del tiempo que te queda, según el tiempo que tú hayas elegido, yo suelo ponerme la sauna unos 15-20 minutos y deja mi piel estupenda.
It has different intensities and a LED screem where you can see the time is left in you treatment, you can choose the time, I normaly do the treatment of 15 or 20 minutes and my skin looks amazing.
Hago este proceso el primero antes de nada, para empezar todos mis tratamientos con un rostro bien limpio.
This is the first thing I do before anything else so my skin it´s completly clean and ready.
Coloco el agua en el recipiente y encido la maquina, pongo la pontencia y dejo que empiece a salir vapor, en ese momento es cuando pongo el tiempo que quiero estar y meto la cabeza, al principio puede ser dificil el mantener el rostro dentro del recipiente por el intenso calor pero como todo te terminas acostumbrando y al ver el resultado de limpiaza lo querrás volver a hacer el próximo día.
I put the water in the conteiner and I turn on the machine, I choose the power and I leave it until the steam is coming out, then I choose the time I want to the treatment and I put my face into the machine, in the beginning it´s hard to hold you face in for the hot steam but like everything with time you will get use to it, and when you see the nice and clean result you wil want to do it the next day.
No me acuerdo del precio porque fué un regalo y porque me gustó tanto no he querido investigarlo ;).
I don´t remember how much it cost me cuase it was a present and I didn´t want to know ;).
