Me he decantado por champús sólidos, la forma de aplicación es muy fácil, nos mojamos el cabello y mojamos ligeramente la pastilla de champú y la pasamos por el cabello, tanto por la zona del cuero cabelludo, los medios y las puntas, y lavamos el cabello tal cual siempre hacemos sin necesidad de hacer un doble lavado.

El siguiente paso es dar un acondicionamiento al cabello, para eso también voy a usar un acondicionador sólido que se aplica de la misma manera que el champú, mojamos la pastilla y lo aplicamos en medios y puntas y dejamos que haga efecto unos momentos y lo retiramos aclarándolo.

The hydrating mask I had chosen is H´suan Wen Hua, a vitamines from the watercress, the fresh country side eyes and banana paste to give the most moister as your hair needs.
Lo aplicamos y lo dejamos actuar 20 minutos y luego aclaramos bien el cabello.

Os voy a contar poco a poco como es este proceso para mi, uno de los cons que siempre se dice de este proceso es que hasta que tu cabello se desintoxica puedes pasar por una etapa en la que el cabello pierde su brillo, que no es el brillo sino esa silicona que está aderida al cabello, parece que se pierde la salud y está como en mal estado, pero lo que pasa es que está es desintoxicando y devoliendo un brillo natural del cabello, osea que si pasas por ese proceso vale la pena para darle un aspecto más sano y natural a nuestro cabello.

Dicho esto yo llevo más de dos semanas usando estos productos y yo en particular no he notado esta etapa tan "desagradable" que la gente cuenta, yo de por si siempre he tenido el cabello con mucho brillo y muy sano, aunque fuera de este sano "artificial" y pensaba que iba a ser mucho más notorio el cambio pero no ha sido así, sigo teniendo brillo, algo menos, pero sigo teniendo un buen aspecto sano, con mucho más volumen que antes y que me dura limpio 4 días a medio transito de desintoxicación, sí que la cosa solo irá a mejor!

Pero el cambio más grande que os quiero contar el el cambio de mi hermana, ella un par de semanas antes que yo por su cuenta se compró un champú sólido de Lush y lo empezó a utilizar porque en su caso a ella no le duraba el cabello limpio ni horas, se duchaba por la mañana y por la noche ya lo tenía con aspecto grasiento, y según me ha contado, ya os enseñaré fotos y tal, que ahora la dura limpio hasta 3 días y todavía sigue está en proceso!
