Hoy os quiero traer el review más completo de una de mis bases de maquillaje favoritas, estoy hablando de la base liquida de maquillaje Skin Illusion de Clarins.
Today I wanted to bring you a full review of one of my favorite foundations, I am talking about the liquid foundation Skin Illusion by Clarins.
Skin Illusion es una de mis bases favoritas, la llevo probando varios meses y me encanta el acabado que deja, su cobertura y la durabilidad que tiene. Pero vamos por pasos.
Skin Illusion is one of my favorites foundations, I´ve been trying it for a few months already and I love the finish, the coverage and the longevity that gives to my face.
Empecemos hablando del packeging. El frasco donde viene la base es de cristal, con una forma cuadrada alargada muy elegante. La tapa es de un plástico duro lacado en dorado, no es pintura con lo que no se termina quitando.
Let´s start taking about the patckeging. The container is cristal, with a long square shape very elegant and sleek. The lid is plastic with lacquered in gold, not painted so it won´t peel off.
Las letras tanto del nombre de Clarins como el nombre de la base y ciertos datos están serigrafiados en blanco en la parte de cristal del frasco. Como podéis ver el frasco es totalmente transparente con lo que podemos ver sin problema tanto el tono real de la base como la cantidad que nos queda de ella.
The letters of the Clarins name and the rest of the letters like the foudation name and ingredientes are screenprinted in white in the cristal part of the packeging. As you can see the container is completely seeing through type and we can see not just the real tone but also what is left of product.
Como aplicador encontramos un pump de plástico en la punta y un plástico lacado como la tapa en la base del mismo, es un aplicador en pump que no se reseca el producto en la punta, gran parte de esto es porque la tapa asegura que no se reseque el producto en esta parte. Es un poquito sucio el aplicador, deja resto de base por la zona de plástico pero una vez más gracias a la tapa no se seca. Con un pump podemos conseguir producto para una capa muy ligera de producto por todo el rostro y con dos pump conseguiremos producto para crear una cobertura media y un buen acabado.

Como os he contado tiene una cobertura media, con lo que nos da un acabado muy bonito y perfecto sin imperfecciones, pero como su textura es liquida no nos da una sensación de pesadez en la piel.
As I was saying it has a medium coverage, with a flawless without imperfections, but with a light feeling on your skin.
Como podéis ver los tonos son super reales, este es mi tono y es perfecto para mi piel, incluso ahora en invierno me da un toque más doradito al rostro que me encanta.

La textura es liquida pero cremosa, con lo que no estoy diciendo que sea grasa, sino fácil de aplicar, no es demasiado liquida, tiene cierta consistencia pero es muy fácil de difuminar.

La base tiene cinco tonos, como podéis ver son tonos muy reales, con subtonos rosados o subtonos amarillentos.
The foundations has five tones, all very real tones, from pink undertone to yellow undertone.
La verdad es que yo estoy super contenta con esta base y la aplico siempre que quiero un maquillaje perfecto pero no quiero tener la sensación de llevar una cobertura demasiado alta.
I have to say that I am very happy with it and I use it in special occations, when I am going out or have a special event, when I want a flawless finish without feeling heavy in my face.

La uso normalmente para mis maquillajes más especiales de noche o para eventos especiales. Se que no me va a fallar y que va a estar perfecta durante horas y horas.

La base tiene un factor de protección SPF 10 para darnos ese pequeño toque de protección, pero tenéis que tener en cuenta que la protección SPF puede dar problemas de reflejos con los flashes.
